I don't think you can actually compare any Tein coilover with those KWs. Last time I checked they don't mass produce external reservoir coilovers w/ actual dampening adjustments (as in independent bound and rebound). That being said, if you're just looking for a street coilover, aka you might track it occasionally at (HPDE, maybe some Auto-X) I think KWs will be overkill. 1900-1200 = 700. For a set of nearly brand new flexes, that is a good price. I think they usually sell for around 1000-1200 new. If you're going to spend 2k on coilovers fuck the bull shit, spend some more and order some Motons.

I like those KW's.

It might be overkill, but it could also be the last coil-over you buy for the car. Also, that is a great price for 3 way adjustments.

I'm getting rid of my JDM coilovers for TC Kline double adjustable Konis and 700 lbs. Nissan race springs. I'm just waiting for the damn springs.

Proper dampening is where most JDM coilovers fall short, they try to make up for it with really stiff springs.

I've heard good things about the Mono-flex, but I dont think their comparing it to anything other than lowering springs on stock struts. I'm sure you will be happy either way. If it was me, I would spend a little more $$ now instead of upgrading later on.

Yeah. They're painted. That's the twin-tube set. Poo.

The KWs are a totally different animal.

I like my SS-Ps (autocross RSX-S) and the Flex have even more features and higher spring rates. My dampening is maxed out in the rear and almost fully in the front, I still need more spring rate and have been considering the Flex set up.

I had the TC Klines on my M Coupe and loved them.

I'm waiting for the KWs. I had them before and I don't think I could ever be happy with the Teins.
