One more question for you guys. Dash lights do not work when parking or headlights are on? looked in under hood fuse box. where the fuse for the dimmer is supposed to be there is NOTHING there, no prongs or anything. I am trying to remove the fuse box, but looks like the only way is to completely unbolt it from the fire wall. I'm thinkin its either the fuse missing or the actual switch itself doesn;t work. Suggestions on what problem is, or how to remove fuse box easier? Is it a iwo piece box maybe?

actuall the fuse cover lid lied to me, it was an empty space according to the owners manual but a dimmer fuse on the lid. The saerch continues.

Nobody at all has any suggestions on what could be wrong with 99 accord? Both the parking and headlights come on fine, interiors too but the gauge cluster doesn't light up. Fuses are good. I'm thinking it might be the actual switch itself? (coming from steering wheel)
