I've owned-
89 CBR600
02 GSXR 750
93 NINJA 250
06 GSXR 750
and now a 02 SV650. My experience started @1999 and ive rode alot of other bikes including cruisers. not claiming to be an expert but....

'not the first youve rode'... but how did you ride the others? just 'down the street'? or have you actually rode for a long period of time and or thru some twists?

seems to be more on the inexperienced side just by what i am reading,.. generally i suggest older CBR600's as a first time bike. Its just great all around and 'new rider' friendly. F3's are quite cheap, F4i's are great if you have more money to spend.

if i get another crotch rocket though.. it will be another 02'ish GSXR

good luck!
