yes replaced the bulbs still nothing

i got the turn signal to the left to blink for a sec then i turned on the right signal and it blew the fuse under the dash and under the hood i dont have the underdash fuse panel cover so i cant tell what fuse is which

the four way dash signals stay on even when the hazard flasher is out if the fuse box...wtf??????

does anyone know any more really need to get the turn signals and four ways to blink in order pass inspection they just stay bright with no flash and when the turn signal is turned off it will go back to the normal parking lights

look under the dash for one of these.

fixed all the wires at the hazard button were repinned
