$5 bucks says it'll start tomorrow since it's gonna be colder.

Yeah, I would say main fuel relay. It's under the kick panel on the driver's side. It's brown.

changed out the main relay with another from another integra and still nothing no hum from the fuel pump or anything any more info is appreciated

problem fixed i had just recently had my windshield replaced and they did not seal it right and i had a big puddle in the passenger floor and it ruined my ecu i changed the ecu and it started right up
