Yes, I know. I will get them read this weekend, but in case one isn't thrown I'm building up some ideas to check.

Yes it is diesel. And I always have a code thrown because my EGR is removed (to prevent cleaning the intake manifold), and I have a bad #2 glowplug. So...tell me what mods I've done for the karma?
removing something is a modification, how hard is it to clean an intake?

with those the egr does put a bunch of crap in the intake, but you may be running a little to hot for your tune now and hence limp mode. where are the codes?? post up...

Codes Thrown:

Bad MAF (expected, its 90k miles old)
and P1556

The guy said the P1556 might be from the bad MAF but he also said he's never seen it before.

Soo...I'll be ordering a new MAF and seeing if the codes go away.

Bad mafs are very common for 1999.5-2002 TDIs. Order a new OE one from dieselgeek.com or get a pierburg from www.worldimpex.com If you are stock you will pick up a few psi/hp from the peierburg.

I ordered one last night as soon as the codes were read last night from dieselgeek.

Side note...you wouldn't happen to be on tdiclub would you? Name looks familiar.
