I know a guy in security forces (Cop) for langley afb.... and that address Bethel Manor it is actually York County with a Hampton Zip..Weird, But you could also call York County Sheriffs office and explain the problem and tell them he lives on Base housing On Bethel they may help you.. My friend may see this thread and see what he can do I will talk to him tomorrow night about it at dinner..

just call the main base number and tell them you need to speak with _______________'s commanding officer due to a financial obligation that is not being met and they will connect you . make sure you sound and act profeshional it will get you alot further with better results.
