Yes it will run all the power windows and what not. Im pretty shure that the ECU in hondas arnt hooked up to all the power options.

Another added bonus will be that the car wont be dumping in extra fuel after 5500rpms, since the P06 doesnt have an adjusted tune for vtec.

okay that's all helpful. thanks for replying and answering my questions, i'm going to try the P06 and by the way it sounds i'm sure that will solve my problem. wish i lived closer to roanoke but i'm far east, thanks for the offer though.
