addin more HP..to my LS
I personally have ran a 55 DRY shot on my SOHC for 3 years. Only thing that was done to the motor was a clutch and flywheel upgrade. At the track almost every weekend and going out and messing with people on the daily. Motor held up fine and im still driving it as my DD to this day.
As stated above, do it right and you have no worries.

Any amount of bolt ons other than nitrous is stupid on a ls motor.
Only stock LS motor I've seen that was decent was Naggers LS with gsr/lsd trans, stage 4 clutch and lightened flywheel. It had a skunk manifold, bigger tb, DTR Header(that alone is about 700 bucks), buddy club straight pipe, and a nice intake.
The biggest think about Nags car was it was light and it was tuned.
Been there and done that with LS motors, unless you open her up, you won't be happy and you'll get beat by stock type rs....

nah ill will only spray at the track or some where safe lol..dont wana get cought running nos in va.. ABOUT the tranny i have a stock LS integra yea that would REALLY suck missin a gear i think it could blow that way.
Get rid of the Ls tranny first. Then do upgrades. ls tranny is good if you go boost, but i personnaly like a gsr tranny. If i want to go na the gsr tranny is still decent, if i go boost the gsr tranny is decent. B16 and type r's (usdm) i beleive they share the same gear ratio,thus difference is lsd, They are very short and suck for highway driveing.

lol, no. You will not be able to even tell you gained hp even if you replaced them all at once.
