It really has been empty for a while and would seem like a prime spot for someone to open up some kind of shop.
When it was monkey wards it seemed like it was always busy.

I think we are really looking to stay in the Norfolk VA beach area, I know I sure dont like driving to work. Ideally the shop would be walking distance from home hahaha
