okay so here's a little update:

changed the o2 sensor today,
pics if interested

unplugged the battery to reset the CELs. i drove it up and down the street a few times to make sure everything was okay. its running fine now, not stalling or anything, but the CEL came back on and its throwing the same codes, but now the speedo isn't working
any idea why? i'm trying to do anything i can before spending money

So is it still displaying the same 3 codes?

I would check your fuses to make sure you don't have a partial failure, and if that doesn't work I would consider checking everything with a different ECU.

The speedo or speed sensor might be on the same power circuit as the O2 heater, or you might have bashed the speed sensor during the same wrecking ball oil change session that destroyed your O2 sensor.

okay well luckily my brother has the same car

edit: are ECUs easy to remove and replace?

Yes, very easy. Remove the kick shield, if there is one, and then just remove the mounting bolts and unplug the connectors.

i was also told it could be because fuse #15 under the dash is blown ?

alright so we checked fuse #15 and it was blown. replaced that and CEL hasn't come back, and speedometer is working again
