OP...Id pass it up...too many 'ifs, ands or buts'. Not to mention hes asking an obserd price for a salvaged vehicle that needs work.

i think he should be giving you cash on top, but what all is done to the said jeep? and salvage or "repaired" titles can go either way....mine techincally has a"repaired" title, but you would never know it....it was in a VERY minor flood, but they put a "repaired" title on it....i cannot in any way tell it was in a flood, and have full coverage insurance on it....BUT, this is a case by case scenario....Good Luck
