yes i got a ls vetec in a gsr block has alot of low end power out the hole but just looking to a little more grunt out of it with cams the cylinders all check out at 225 psi each. i would have gone with diff pistons to but i bought the car this way

 

yeah id just go with a set of mild cams, your not really gonna benifit from a high lift cam without any compression to back it up. A set of ctrs or skunk stage 1s will be fine.
