No you need the harness that came with your car. obd2b to obd2a jumper harness is what you need to use the si ecu. You can find a 96-98 ex motor harness and you won't have to wire up vtec. You cannot use the motor harness that came with the 99-00 si motor, in your car.
So
-Sell b16a2/d16y7 harness
-Buy d16y8 harness, obd2b-2a conversion.
-Run SI ecu.

If what i typed above works then ill just end up doing this. Def much cleaner, less time, no bs, still in the budget, and the car will be on the road.
