have another newly built AR15 up for grabs. Like the last one, this one will sell fast due to being on AR15.com as well. I am selling the upper and lower seperately *wink wink*, due to legalities. However if you purchase them both thats fine. Just cant sell a SBR outright.
The Noveske KX3

http://noveskerifleworks.com/cgi-bin...since=&status=

Is only 3.28 inches coming to a total of less than 16"s. So either way, you put it, sugar coat it or twist the facts.

It's an ILLEGAL SBR mounted on the above lower you are selling with it.

Just for shits and giggles though, I forwarded this post and your info to my ATF buddy. Can't wait to see what his opinion on it is.

Selling a pistol only upper with a rifle lower without SBR paperwork. This could get interesting.

to add to this statement the upper can only be used on a pistol marked lower without the proper atf approval and tax stamp for a SBR (short barreled rifle). without approval and tax stamp the upper cannot be placed on a rifle lower and cannot be carried, placed, or stored in the same physical location as a rifle lower, even while waiting for the SBR paperwork to be approved.

After seeing these replies, it does seem as if you are selling an illegal weapon. I definitely wouldn't buy without a police officer present (lol, j/k). I am by NO means a "gun guru" but it should seem to any normal person that if these people are posting this info in your thread that it's probably a problem or a situation that one wouldn't want to get involved in without the proper paperwork.

Either way, VERY NICE looking gun! And, I hope you have good luck with selling the parts separately lol! Be careful. And, my advice (take it or leave it) is to post pics of the parts separated or sell them separately if that's what's required. I wouldn't mess around when it comes to federal permits that involve the ATF or the FBI....

Doesn't look like it's installed. It needs to be pinned to the rifle.

Even with the KX3 pinned it's not 5.5 inches long. It's 3.28 putting the barrell length under the federally mandated 16"s.
