I never knew the 3rd brake like was mandatory and I've been pulled over 10+ times without it on. I just got a ticket for it the other day, and was kinda shocked when the cop asked me about it. I didn't even think about it when I took my spoiler off, but I suppose it's going back on for now.

ive been pulled by the same cop 3 times in 2 months for no third row light and told him that i cant figure out the wiring problem (no problem i just dnt wanna put a bulb and run wires to it) and hes never given me a ticket. its not hard to wire up anyways, why dont you just wire it up? that way you wont have to worry about it

 

yea integras that didnt come with the spoiler have the third brake light in the hatch. you could jus buy a hatch from someone and replace them.

 

Heres your options...You can have 3rd brake light with spoiler or no 3rd brake light as along as the spoiler has a brake light in it or do both 3rd brake light and spoiler brake light..O it also depends on the Cops
