what year tranny are you putting it in?

 

im not really sure, but i have a 92 cx, with a 88-91 civic dx motor in it... d15b2

 

if the car is a 92 then yes it will work

 

so then a 98 clutch will fit on a 88-91 tranny in a 92 shell? is that right?

 

u arent using a 89-91 tranny, u are using a 92 hydraulic tranny...

u should pay me for this info

no it will not... the cable tranny has 20 teeth on the main shaft and the hydro tranny has 21 i found that out the hard way but i have a stage three clutch for a hydro tranny i am selling for like 20 bucks.... it has some use on it not much..... it would be much better then stock for sure.... pm me if you would like to get it off me
