I was lucky. 75% of the time i am parked down there. I was lucky enough to get a spot in lot right by the bridge. I feel really bad for those who got caught in the flood. Good luck.

 

You know whats funny? Everyone is now afraid to park close to the river. Everyone in the lot now parks furthest from the river so there is one long line of cars in the front with none in the back. Works for me b/c I can park alot closer now.
