have you tried rolling it and popping the clutch to start it? that would help you determine whether it truly is the starter.

pms replied.. and no i know popping the clutch would tell me or not however the car is kind of on a hill and im almost certain that for the duration its sat it probably wont start so i dont wanna push the car down the hill have it not start and be stuck there.. but good thought
