ok I found the website, I signed up too, here's a link http://www.tidewatersportscarclub.com/ , here's a copy/paste from the website for directions:
Take I-64 to Chesapeake, VA and look for the Greenbrier Parkway South exit. Go south down Greenbrier Parkway, it will become Butts Station Road. At the T intersection turn right onto Centerville Turnpike. Take that road about 1 mile to the first stop light and turn Left onto Mount Pleasant Rd. A few miles down Mt. Pleasant look for either Lockheed, Bellpage, or Doolittle Roads to the right. Turn right down any one of these three and all will lead to NALF Fentress. Go onto the base and you will see the autocross site.

man...i sent an email monday to the TSCC president to get on the access list...but i'm still not on it and it gets sent out tomorrow morning...ahhh hope i get to race...
