i didn't replace the gasket but the gasket seems fine, if there is a problem with that is it known to cause that issue? It doesn't appear that there is a problem with that tho...i dont believe I have a vac leak... any way to test for that on my own? I don't think my filter is blocked...i could just get a new filter to be sure...would It really be that blocked up tho if it runs fine until i go full throttle?

i guess next step is getting a friend to help me swap my tps since it's got those breakaway screw things. after that, i dunno.

yep! turns out it was the tps, even tho it didn't throw a tps code. if it wasn't that I was gonna be mad! lol thanks for the help man I appreciate it!

No problem, sorry I didn't really get it right.. Glad you found it though.
I'm guessing it probably had something to do with the MAP and BARO readings not matching up with the TPS reading, but the TPS obviously wasn't damaged in a way that would trigger a fault. Sometimes you just get weird combinations of things that don't really behave in the way you'd expect.
