The Hybirds get espensive fast, I'm sure he is not looking to spend that much money.

 

i read. it said he was takin out a loan. if i wasnt mistaken so i was like if your gonna go, then go all out. but yea i could see where it gets exspensive. always sounds like a hell of a good plan tho

 

yeah. i would like for him to build a bad ass motor. but in all reality he wouldn't need it. Just a stock rebuild will be fine. He still has to spend an ass load in fuel, electronics, and the turbo. i don't think he wants to take more then 5Gs out

 

I have a 63/64 combo and the only thing it cost me was a timing belt, head gasket and arp head studs. :P

Pistons won't handle much boost but I don't care for now.

Putting pistons in the motor will allow a lot more boost. In my opinion the swap is easier than doing a 6 bolt swap in a 2g. I have had both in my car. if you need more info pm me I'll be glad to do what I can

 

i have a 4g64, so are you guys recommending going to a 4g63 head on a 4g64 block hybrid...............
