you my friend are a moron, CCI has AWEFUL mechanics they are not fabricators NAME 1 thing they have done worthy of the title fabrication. Tell me what kind of car do you drive? what have they done to it?
also with the whole motor swap thing, yes some motors have angles sure i will give you that BUT!!!!!! when your doing something CUSTOM you HAVE mock up the motor and then see where everything needs to go. You don't know that apparently, they did not do that, i mean that is by far THE MOST AWEFUL thing i have ever seen in my life. i am going to see this car in person very soon, and i will get back to you with my opinion.
I know it dosn't matter to you since i dont work at the "best shop ever" but i know what is right and wrong and just bye glancing at the pics that is WRONG! and ghetto.
As i posted in the other thread Chris is a moron and Manny dosn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. I have fixed shitty things from both of them and know another shop that has also. a certian yellow type r that used to be a friend of mine (G.Mack's) kept coming back from CCI to another shop becuase CCI's FUCKED UP mechanics kept fucking with it! and breaking it!
i could go on and on and on about how shitty this company is but i will stop there for tonight i need some sleep. I will let you know when i see the car and i can highlight things for you if you would like i will take high def pics if you want. Your fav company is a bunch of wanna be backyard techs that can't do anything correctly!

man you must ahve those brand new axles the kind tat dont move up and down. Be realistic if your car had uneven axles one side would be higher then the other. Bt ok you are correct on the labor rate. But as for the cross member thats what i ment to say was basicly they didn't just bend your crossmember for nothing I mean your the one crying about the one bot motor mount and also whining about the fact taht they bent something to make te rear mount fit. So which s it you want nothing moved or you want a secure motor, Either way its no big deal taht little pea shooter of a motors not gonna break a toothpick

you should never estimate a motor by its make...ive seen geo metro's run 11's at mir all day long..looked like the biggest POS i've ever seen but when it hit 11's it was my idle

Can you not read??? I explained the mounts were purchased by the master tech for the WRONG MOTOR. He bent the crossmember up so the mount could meet the motor.
If he got the right mounts No bends would have been needed

Yeah manny's is i a shitty tech thats why his swaps are featured in muitiple magazines and is known and respected by all in the honda community. Yeah and they are backyard mechanics they just payed their buddies tens of thousands of dollars for a couple year to teach him how to work on cars and the put up a sign that said BMI backyard mechanic institute. Yeah thats what it is. But be realistic there is always two sides to a story who knows this guy could have told them he was gonna order a 1.8 but somehow ended getting a 2.0 whatever the case may be. I dont mean that litteraly but bad communication can cause poblems like this and there is always two sides to a story. Oh yeah that merto is bad ass.
