Im thinking possibly the starter!! IT definetly not the fuel pump, if it turned over, and it wasnt starting then possibly but it isnt even starting.

Yea some other replies were good!! the point is to help not write nonsense.

Okay... First, disconnect the negative battery terminal. On the rex u have go under the car. Near the left fender there is where the blinker fliud bottle is. Behind that you should see a little box with the 100 amp fuse. Try pulling the fuse and reseating it.

If that doesn't work, you will have to check your muffler bearings.... which is a royal pain in the ass.

no it was a bad ground

i had put in a battery relocator kit and where it was grounded worked but then it became a bad ground
