thanks for all the help guys... i think i narrowed to down to melting where all my un-oem wires enter the engine bay, my fan is wired to a switch, it started fire while i was in the car was,lol....cu i stupidly left it layin under the seat. but it melted the hot wire all the way to teh fan,and where the wire go in (ac grommet) they were alittle stuck together. i peeled them apart and taped them separate, but it stills ometimes goes limp and sometime not

 

try ur blinker fluid level man ...that works for me all the time....
