its usually the ones on the preludes that cause issues. the bulb is too long to fit, and you have to bend the reflector, causing the aiming pattern to be wrong.
still illegal though, and i enjoy rejecting the fuck out of them.

Yeah well. I guess that's the benifit of a close personal relationship with an inspector.. 
It's typically the cheap retrofits that suck due to the actual placement of the bulb. If you get a decent kit with the correct alignment, glare is pretty much non exsistant. Plus both mine and 92 Lude's are in JDM housing headlights which are very different in design compared to the US ones.

i always see them on High end SUV's...their beams are always at my eye level when i drive...its SO annoying.. I think they shouldnt be allowed on SUV's... no car usually blinds another with their lights unless they have high beams on.
