Why do you need video? just keep a microcassette recorder, digital voice recorder, or something of that sort to record the conversation.

 

sometimes audio alone cant tell you what kind a attitude that person has. if they could see his body language as well as hear what he is saying, that would be best.

 

The other part about audio only is that you need to get the other party to positively identify themselves or you have to identify them and have them not deny that they are that person or confirm that they are. If you don't get this part on tape, anything else from that point on is useless.

wow, now thats a team player. jeremy is actually a good person for the job, we could nail this guy if we got him on tape. cuz he would try to tow u for having nos set up, just dont have the bottle. plus ur car screams "PULL ME OVER" haha def an eye catcher. this would be funny if u were actually willing to do it. hahaha
