A good friend of mine got his license suspended for 6 months for a 99 in a 55/60. He almost had some jail time but something happened. Just prepare for the worst imo.
Next time don't drive so stupid especially around a holiday, just my $.02
I got a reckless driving for 95 in a 65 on i-64 on my way home for the holidays. What am i looking at over this? Just need some insight as this is my first ticket in VA.
what does the ticket exactly say, can u mail it in or do u have to appear in court.. technically 20 mph is reckless only in a 45. from there it goes up 5 mph every 10 over.

Anything over 80mph in the state of Virginia is considered reckless by law, no matter what the posted speed limit is. A reckless driving ticket is a court appearance only.
