I have a dent on my rim I want to get repaired as well. I have 17" Chrome. The dent is on the inside. How much will you guys charge to repair that?

I lost the key to my socketed lug nuts and no one around here has one. Can you guys at Millenium cut/burn the lug nuts off without damaging the lugs? If so, how much?
