Without a lawyer it will not get dropped. If you use my method it may get reduced.

 

ok so I'll hold off on the driving school then...how much are lawyers usually anyway? I just know they're a lot haha

 

Most likely 500 on up for a decent one.

 

if you decide to get a lawyer get one that has a set fee. i paid $500 for mine and thats including consultation and everything. like i've said in other posts pertaining to reckless driving tickets. if you get a lawyer that is well known and knows the officials in whatever city, then they can go the extra mile and bargain with the prosecutor prior to you being put in front of the judge.(well thats what my lawyer did in my case) it was me vs. the commonwealth of virginia and they all talked with each other even with the officer that pulled me over and made an agreement to a reduced speeding ticket. she was sexy in her late 20's maybe thats why. j/k
