If a cop pulls you over JUST for an equipment violation and you weren't doing anything stupid or speeding, that's just hateful.

I have an E36 325is coupe right, the pig put the "tint meter" on the rear quarter windows(the ones that just popped out) and he says it was 15%, I believe the legal number is 35%. I think I'm going to fight it anyways, to me it's worth a shot.

Yeah, he pulled me over to be hateful....I call this month Hater March.I was going 40mph on Rt.50, just passed Fair Oaks Mall on the right and was signaling to take the exit to get on 66W. This was 8:30AM, I'm not even awake enough to be doing anything stupid.

If you have West Virginia tags on the car I don't think Virginia can give you a tint ticket can they? Your car should obey West Virginia tint laws and Virginia should not enforce them.

That's the kind of loop hole I am hoping to find out. Paying the fine is no problem and I have the money. I just want the satisfaction of looking at this kid in the eyes while having the case thrown out. If not, oh well, I'm taking that day off work anyways.
