What does that have to do with this? 2 completly differnt scenerios..

A COP, off duty, but still a cop, reported him for reckless driving. He was ticketed, with a "witness" weather she is a "stupid hoe" or not, she is still witness to the "crime".

so if you followed him to the pet store and called a cop on him because he was reckless driving in your opinion would it make a difference, other than her being an off duty cop with a witness, last time i check the police academy doesnt train you to judge the borders of being reckless or not in a vehicle there are written guidleines in some book somewhere. not what she thinks to be unsafe.

For the record, firefighters can't give traffic tickets.

And you are talking about two different scenarios if a cop followed you or just a civilian.
