A COP, off duty, but still a cop, reported him for reckless driving. He was ticketed, with a "witness" weather she is a "stupid hoe" or not, she is still witness to the "crime".

 

so if you followed him to the pet store and called a cop on him because he was reckless driving in your opinion would it make a difference, other than her being an off duty cop with a witness, last time i check the police academy doesnt train you to judge the borders of being reckless or not in a vehicle there are written guidleines in some book somewhere. not what she thinks to be unsafe.
