Finished cutting brackets off of the frame. Still have the front spring perches and the trackbar mount to remove, but not bad for a cutoff wheel and some time

Any of you Ford guys know if a fullsize dana 44 with the radius arms will bolt into a 86 F150? I know the year I had came with TTB and I believe this dana 44 came from a late 70's 150. The axle was given to me. It's basically a junk axle. Meaning the radius arms are casted into the axle. If you cut the wedges off it's hollow behind it so the axle can't be used any anything else then a radius arm setup. The guy bought it for his Jeep and found out later he couldn't cut the mounts off.
I haven't got the axle yet or doing any researching but I would assume it would bolt in.

it should be just fine. people sas f150s all the time. i think all you need is the radius arm mounts for the frame. coils and buckets should be fine already. and i know it give you extra lift cause of the height of the lower retainers compared to the ttb. dont know how much.
save the carrier, gears, hubs and rotors from the ttb. that all interchanges

Thought I posted in the off topic thread, but I posted in the pic thread- oops.
If the guy accepts my offer, I'm going to pick up an '09 Nissan Xterra 4x4. It will be my first 4x4 since I was in high school- which was a CJ7.
Pics if I do end up with it!

So, I'm looking for some tires, or Wheels and Tires for my 90 Suburban 1500, 35-37 inch would be ideal because I don't plan on going any bigger than 6" lift. If anyone is selling anything, please let me know. I'm looking for some Mud tires, as well as A/T tires.
anybody have anything to say about wheelin a carbed engine in the mountains? i have a lead on a carbed 302, kinda neat cause id get to rip out half my wires and not have to worry about half the shit anymore. plus id have to goto picknpull and find mustang intakes and wiring to do an efi obd1 setup.
