The Ls has lower compression and the domes are shallower, by using B16 pistons he can raise the compression and the b16 head is the same casting as the type r, Type R heads get more port work from the factory, but for a stock all motor rebuild it will flow great

Ok so here's where I'm at so for I have replaced both rear trailing arms Front lower control arms sway bar tie rod inner and outter both front axles. All body bushings have been changed to energy shock Tru heart coil overs .

Now if I run the b16 head what internals should I use as far as connecting rods and what would the best thing to do it keep it cable or change it to hydrolic clutch

I didn't get a reply back from you.
Building the motor isn't chassis specific and can be found anywhere but if you want to do things to the 90-93 integra chassis, there are only a few on these boards that have personally altered and enhanced these cars, or give that url I suggested a whirl. I am actually in the middle of pissing away a bunch of money on one of these myself.
