Or better yet, posted on the internet with a short write up of the misuse and a link sent to VDOT?

I doubt anyone would care... the general public would probably approve/applaud this. If the cops can watch in on hangouts then monitor where/when/how cars leave they can better track illegal street racing activities. Living in the era of the moron F&tF ricer/wannabe racer the public sees street racing as very bad.

If nobody was doing anything wrong then who would care if VDOT zoomed over for a bit...
