Depends on how much money you are trying to spend and how long you want to wait for it. I would just suggest stock ls internals with a t3/t4 turbo at 8psi...

About axles, check out hasport. This is the way I see it, if you are going to be running drag radials then yes get axles because they will snap if the tires arent allowed to spin when you launch it. If your tires are not as sticky then you really dont need replacement axles because the tire will break traction before the amount of force required to break an axle is reached...

I got the zc in it right now and it is a turd compaired to my rsx. I am going to go with the h22 but it's going to be exspensive for the motor mounts

On a well tuned ls turbo with stock internals you can be looking at up to 250whp. When you put that in a car that weighs under 1700lbs you have yourself a fun little go-kart...

im willing to spend everything, just over a period of time. i think i should be ok with the axles because i plan on running regular street tires all the time, i just want something quick on the street cuz im not a big fan of track racing.

well if you are not in any real hurry I would do this...

http://www.overboost.com/obs/product...id=90&sc_name=

Use this block with:

http://www.crower.com/cgi-bin/detail...rod_id=99226-4
and
http://www.crower.com/cgi-bin/detail...d_id=B93728B-4

use an ITR oil and water pump, and while your at it you might want to build a b16 head and make an ls vtec. You can pretty much blow almost anything away assuming you would be capable of keeping traction. I guess thats why you turn down the boost in the lower gears and turn it up in the higher gears...
