get a lawyer, mine got me out of a concealed weapons charge (butterfly knife in my pocket), radar detector, 70/55 and illegal tint. All in all I paid 750$ for the lawyer and 161$ in fines/court fees....it was better than jail time....

 

get a lawyer. lawyers can mean the difference between something shitty and something that sucks. example-my first ticket.

Me and an acquaintance of mine were caught "swerving in and out of traffic, without turn signals, at a high rate of speed" a.k.a reckless general.

Him- No lawyer.

My lwayer got me an appeal to a judge who gave me a stay clean for 6 montsh and' we'll drop charges. I did and to this day i haven't gotten a single thing on my record.

sorry man, but you were drinking and driving - i have no sympathy for you. at least your big enough to realize you were wrong though, thats a rare trait these days.
