your right its not worth it to hire a lawyer, my gf's dad is one but I doubt Ill ask him for anything... Im going to pay the exhaust ticket off and try to get the window tint ticket dropped... The ticket was given in hanover...

well usually if your muffler is small or looks stock the pigs don't mess with you.. my apexi is kinda big and shiney. But yeah they are saying anything thats not stock is illegal

 

Apexi N1...one word dude...silencer. I got pulled for my exhaust in henrico and i have the n1 115mm. The silencer makes a big difference in the noise, it prob doesnt help that my cat is a high flow cat. heh.

 

i had a big fallen out with a state troopers capt over this. he told me there is no Db. law so that would just be a wast of your time. and he told me its up to the officers discretion on how loud it could be!! what such BULLSHIT!!! so i just paid the ticket. but now that shit goes against your record......

illegal exhaust is a non-moving violation so it won't make your insurance go up if that's what you're wondering.

 

depends on the insurance company. i think it counts against with progressive. i read a couple people in the nova section complaining about that and no front plate somehow getting back to the insurance company.
