Diamond Autoglass (-1) :(
loled when i read this. by default if you work for safelite or diamond you are most definitely not the best installer. it really makes you sound bad when you say your the best installer around "hands down". i personally think I'm the best glass fitter in Virginia so we both cant be the best. and I'm sure there are 50 other installers who thank they are the best. i fix horrible unsafe safelite installs everyday.
i will do autoglass on the side for the best price, and I'm known for my exceptional quality and attention to detail. you need to get all your own stuff though and bring it to me, i can tell you where to get all the material and glass really cheap, then just bring it to me for a low cost installation.
i say that because its true.to me the manager needs to be the best tech you have.alot of places are not like that.they only have there go to guy.so please dont stereo type me just cause i was the manager at both places.not saying your a bad installer i dont you so i cant judge you like your judgeing me.its nice to have confidence keep it up.if you move down to the 757 let me if your looking for a job sure i can pay you alot more then anywhere else.

yeah i actully work for a 2 store company now and get paid alot more now then i did at working at diamond and safelite and not doing 8 to 10 jobs anymore.i work at a good pace but always focus on quality always look under the headliner to see if beads touching etc.alot of the bigger companies always have slack installers theres only a good amount of us who actully care about the next person to go behind us or even ourselves.can tell your smart by staying away from bigger companies who try to kill you with work and try to make it seem sweet with there little insentives.take care

It was ridiculous, during the 3 week wait I never once got a phone call from them keeping me updated on the situation. I always had to call and believe me I did. Yet one day after it was finished, they didn't hesitate to call and attempt to collect the balance
The wait would have taken longer if I didn't call CF Honda myself and ask the about order from Diamond. They said it had been there for over a week waiting on pick up and that Diamond had been notified. Well of course, Diamond blamed the dealer for not delivering.Richard did the molding install and I had no complaints towards him, thanks for the reference. I was happy with the finished product. Diamond is a horrible company overall though IMO.

There are only about three guys in town that I trust to install glass in anything,
One of which is BOOSTCREEP.
I have had at least a 100 windshields installed in the past four years on my cars my family's cars and my customers cars. And on the regular I see and service most of those cars to this day,Two and three years since their glass replacement and never a leak, wind noise, rust or molding issue yet.
Nobody in the 757 will have any of those problems if they have boostcreep (Brian) or his current Co. replace their windshield.
Sorry to hear that p-stone had that happen and was a victim of big biz's quantity over quality way of business.Definitely follow jjkamikaze's advice and bitch until the job is done right.Or call Brian and have it done right.
