well if the relays clicking and you have the terminal hooked up right it should be turning over......is your battery charged up????????

Carl is the real deal he got it running smooth in about a hour he took out all that aftermarket alarm and ignition and stupid wiring inside then rewired the dizzy and it started great. I found out that the b16 is built so i cant wait to get my hub assmebly and take it out.

Ok it runs when it wants at first I was getting to much gas when it was running now I don't think I'm getting much it won't turn over now it just cranks I'm geting spark? Please help

You found out the B16 was built.. curious how you found this out. And assuming that the B16 does not have stock internals (ie. "built") then what engine management are you running?
Sounds like a half assed planning to me, no offense. That or too little patience to ensure everything is prepped properly. But anyway, refer to questions above.
