yeah, rk is the worst bunch of bastards i have ever dealt with. took them over a month to do my financing, in which ended up making me pay another payment on my trade in (i paid the previous months payment the week after going to the stealer), that was part of my original downpayment. and since they hold the check 30 days the money i set aside in a separate checking account for that check and other bills, all of the money for the down payment wasnt there. i was then treatened by thier downpayment specialist or whatever that piece of shit was that he "sues people, and has no problem taking this straight to court, and blah blah blah". didnt ask me about it or anything at all, just straight threatened me with it point blank on the spot. then after telling him the situation, and that i would write him a check for whats there, and write a check from my other account, he expected me to go get cash and refused my checks...GOD i wanted to punch that mother fucker in the throat

they also ended up putting a title in my name for a 2005 avalance instead of the 2002 2500 silverado i bought...that caused even more fucked up shit, esp with getting base stickers, and paying taxes and such.

there are so many other things from people i know, about getting screwed by trade ins, or new cars, or service. i wouldnt buy a hotwheels car from them now, let alone try to even give one away under thier name

 

RK sucks!

I had a horrible experience with them. I got a fair deal on the Sequoia I got from them but it was a huge hassle and they tried to scam me for a few things they said were "free". I blasted them on my3cents.com and surprisingly their VP reads that site and told them to "Take care of this immediately". They did, and gave me free inspections and a $500 service coupon book. Of course I never got to use either because I moved.

 

You arent the only one.

 

Just about everyone gives free inspections now. If thats what they try to use to sweeten deals, they suck big time.
