the cop probably measured it, did you? You should have taken pictures of them and measured them if there was evidence in your defense.

 

Well he wasnt going 25 cause the car wouldnt have flipped. I was just wondering but whatever i guess shit happens.

 

Similar shit hapened to me. I was going 25mph on a 25mph 2-way street. There was a van parked on the side of the road, in front of a house. I'm guessing the lady couldn't see pass the van, so she pulls out of her drive way, and stops across both lanes of traffic when she sees me coming. At this point I'm about 15ft in front of the van and she is like 5 feet behind it. I hit my brakes, the back of my truck kicks out, and i hit the van. (It had rained earlier) With a look of relief on her face the lady just continues on her way.

Long story short.....police say i wouldn't have been at fault if i never tried to stop and i just t-boned the ladies car....... or if I hit the van and the ladies car, she would have been at fault for both.
