JHPUSA HAS EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
THEY BACK ORDER MY REAR CAMBER KIT AND WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID O THEY JUST CAME IN TODAY, THEY DIDNT SAY A WORD WHEN I PURCHASED THEM OVER THE PHONE.
I can vouch for that, when i ordered wheels from them they sent me 2 wrong wheels and it took forever to the the 2 that i needed to i call them to see what the hold up is and the guy on the other side is like "uhhh, i dont know what you are talking about man" i got my wheels though. Asses.
I've ordered from them a few times and the only problem i've had was when i ordered skunk2 struts and coilovers and the "i love JDM" kit. Turned out the Skunk2 struts were on back order and i didnt get them until like 2 months almost after i ordered. I think they should put back ordered items on the site as either out of stock or back ordered to clear things up. I ordered LCA's from them and found out they were back ordered only because i called to get them over nighted and had to cancel my order cuz i needed them ASAP. Other than the slow ass shipping times and the back order issues i've had no trouble.
try their ebay store, if something isnt right, you'll get refunded by paypal, even if it takes a month. Its called a "snad"(significantly not as described) claim or something. same thing with people delaying shipping, open a claim, and their quick to ship and provide full tracking. just hit them in the wallet, they'll react
