Those are pictures of an F-bodies engine bay, you could get a 305 in a Trans Am, Formula, Camaro, ect from 1982 to 1992, they could come carbed from 82 to about 87 or so

F bodies are 67-02 camaros and firebirds...they could be had with even a lowly 2.5 4 cyl in the eighties, right up to LS1 of 98-02.
I assumed the 4th gens were the only Fbodys. Thanks for the correction and I fixed my post. Guess I'm not quite the fbody expert I thought Sorry op!
Im confused though, it looks like the pic of it painted is of an lt1 fbody, and the one of the engine in a car isnt the same bay? Either way. Good job for painting, wanna do mine next??
