I just picked him up from grooming. He looks so cute and innocent lol. I talked to my fam and we are going to try this out. When I wanted to put his collar back he kept being fuzy so I pinned him down and raised my voice a bit. I stop being annoying and kept peaceful till I finished putting it on.

We do have another dog that's older and a girl so he bothers her. Thanks for the all the info gents. I am going to bring them to the park this weekend.
