alignment problem and coilover suggestions

The first thing that comes to my mind is to check the inner tie rods, outer tie rods, lower ball joints, and upper ball joints. If your inner tie rods are loose and your outer tie rod boots are cracked then that will definately cause Inner tire wear even if the alignment specs are perfect.

OP has still never stated what his toe settings are.

Get a computerized alignment with before and after. Have them zero out your toe. That is what's killing your car. They are probably just dealing with caster and camber and not messing with toe.

You own an "automotive repair" shop and you dont know how worn tie rods effect alignment settings while the car is in motion? You should doing some reading. A quick google search turned up some articles.

Think about all the customers who have come to your shop with cracked rubber boots on their tie rods ends. Would you say that the majority of these tie rod ends had enough grease left to keep the joints tight or would you say that the majority of these tie rod ends did not have enough grease left which results in a loose tie rod end?
