there is no gate or anything at fentress. just drive in. you will need to sign the waiver once you get there just for insurance reasons. and get ready to have my hyundai wax all of you.

tires are 195/50/15, not exactly what I wanted but I couldnt wait any longer.

 

You do need to stop at the main office, and sign in. It will be the first building on your left once you turn in onto the base. We have to play by their rules. Tidewater has one of the best sites in the state at ACU4 and screew ups on other bases could jeperdize our ability to run at that site. So please follow the rules, and makesure your friends do too.

Back in november some jackass took off out of ACU4 thinking he was hot shit... Its people like that, that can F--- it up for everyone else.

You Honda guys crack me up......!!! But then I guess that is part of the fun.

You guys that are worried about warmer weather should not complain. I am currently stationed in CT right now and the current temperature is a wopping 1 degree outside right now.

At least you guys can auto-x all year round. I was able to do one event up here in Oct before they shut down for the winter (except for the one ODR event I ran earlier this month when I was in town for a few days). That is one thing that I really miss about VA. But then I will be back in the Spring .

And as far as being on your best behavior, what was said earlier about TSCC and having one of the best sites in VA is definately true. Besides FEDEX field up in No. VA, ACU4 is definately one of the best sites I have raced on. And I would like to continue to race on it when I get back to the area.

jmciver, if you dont make more fun of us maybe I will give you a ride in my ricerocket next time you come down here, just maybe. Sorry you got stationed in CT that sucks. I have a good friend up there in Hartford atleast he takes advantage of the snow and does iceclimbing and snowboarding and all that good stuff that I just wouldnt do cause I cant stand the cold.
