flash the headlights tap the break several times. I try to tell people that there are cops around. I usually do it when traffic is smart. I never flash anyone on 64 towards richmond...especially in the bottle neck. Most of those idiots deserve to get caught. Plus if the cop is pulling someone else over then he isnt pulling me over. I want a radar detector...
