No, He didnt jinx his self, i have been driving him around for the past six months..due to (dunt da da daaaa) a suspended license sue to (dun dun dunnnn) wreckless driving....so its only been 2 months. ..and philip driving to and from work doesnt count

 

It does so. I can get pulled over going to and from work just as easily as anywhere else.It's all good hough. The big R comes off of the license this friday.

Take it to court, ask for DIP. You'll pay court costs, plus 60 bucks for the course, and your insurance company never has to know.

God, I couldn't afford to insure a tercel if it weren't for the good old DIP program.

 

yeah, it was suggested that I ask for DIP and take my driving record to show the judge that I'm a good driver. so thats what i'll do, wish me luck folks. and thanks for all yall's helpful input

 

I would say go to court. Hopefully it will be dropped. Either way you MUST take the Driver Improvement Clinic. The law is if you get any moving violation or seat belt or safety seat violation, and you are 18 or 19 years old you must take the clinic. This does not apply if you are 16, 17, or older than 19. Really doesn't make since to me but it is the law. Go to court and hope for the Driver Improvement Clinic to Dismiss your ticket as opposed to in lue of your ticket.

 

They changed my court date from 5-19 to 6-09 so that means i'll have to come back during the summer. i think it was just a plot to get me to prepay instead.
