the only time mine saw a shop was to get the manifold tapped for an egt... other than that.. all da werk right here and with the team and friends, ps- thank you all again

So taking your rotors off and pads means the brake line is off too? Maybe its an rsx thing? When i do the brakes on my teg, i dont even touch the brake line, wait yea i do got to make sure the caliper doesnt rip the damn thing out. Anyway, replacing the brake line sounds like overkill or you got a lot of money to throw away. Ever heard of if it isn't broke dont fix it? Shit even with "preventative maintence" thats still overkill

Yeah, I plan on doing the swap this summer myself and i have swapped trannies and shit in my old Camry. Still not completely comfortable with certain shit, but like mentioned before it is going to be either me or a buddy. NO SHOPS.

If you drive a 4cylinder, and have someone work on your car for you - you're useless.
If you drive a V8, where it takes 6-7 hours minimum to change spark plugs and wires, and you'd prefer to pay someone to do the BS work than busting your knuckles yourself, I dont see a problem.
Same with Exotics.
